- The portrait will be delivered ready to hang (if framed option chosen)

- Lead time 4-8 weeks (includes 2-week drying time before varnish can be applied). Get in touch for more accurate delivery estimate.
- Place order and pay 50% deposit today. Balance due on approval of digital proof.
- Once order placed, please email your reference photo(s) and any comments about your painting to hello@dionemckennaart.com. I'll get back to you promptly to confirm receipt of your order and delivery estimate.
Terms & Conditions
- Customer is paying for an original pet portrait, produced in oil paints by Dione McKenna, at price and to spec indicated at time of order.
- 50% deposit* payable to book a portrait
- Please email reference photo to hello@dionemckennaart.com. I will confirm receipt of your order.
- Work on portrait will commence on receipt of deposit and will usually be completed within 2-3 weeks. I will give a more accurate indication of turnaround once commission booked.
- A digital proof will be sent for approval and any minor amendments will then be made.
- Once proof(s) approved by customer, invoice for balance will be emailed to customer.
- A further two week period is necessary to allow the painting to dry before varnishing and framing.
- Once dry, and on receipt of balance, the framed painting will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- *Please note: Deposit is non-refundable. Whilst every effort is made to produce portrait to customer’s requirements, the work is undertaken in good faith and is, in itself, chargeable to the value of 50% of the portrait list price. Minor amendments are included in the price. In the very unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the finished portrait, customer has the option to decline the painting and will not be liable for the balance.
